The service and support that I consistently receive during every call and visit to the shop is second to none! The Service Manager, Derek, is always accessible to discuss the service request and completes the service in record time! He is patient with me and has taught me a lot. He is meticulous and thorough with my bikes! The owners, Julie and Jon, are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and get high marks for supporting the sport in the community! I love this shop!
